KRIS YAO | ARTECH, the Architectural firm of Kris Yao, had won the Ping Tung Performing Arts Center International Competition Project, and was awarded with design service contract priority. Chung Chia-pin, the Deputy County Magistrate indicated that “Ping Tung Performing Arts Center Construction Plan” is a major public construction. The hall will be majorly used as a music performance hall; therefore, most of the domestic architecture firms with “acoustics” design experiences were invited to join the competition. The goal is to make this Arts Center nationally renowned after 4 years.
