The opening of Taiwan Xiqu Center marks a milestone for Taiwan’s traditional performing arts developments

The Xiqu Center of Taiwan has inaugurated on October 3rd. The inauguration together with the Opening of Asia Pacific Traditional Arts Festival is a great event for Taiwan's performing arts circle.
As the first theater center in Taiwan to have an on-site troupe, the building has office, rehearsal, and performance spaces, as well as flexible outdoor stage areas. The Xiqu Center enables the traditional performing arts of Taiwan to find a contemporary status to connect with the international stage.
