The project is located in the core area linking the Dunbei Financial District and Minsheng Community residential area, adjacent to Songshan Airport. To integrate with the green corridor of Dunhua North Road, the design features a large central open square at the heart of two office towers and a residential building. It serves as a public space to enhance the interaction with the neighborhood community. The commercial spaces on the lower levels are integrated with various landscape design and elements to meet diverse needs, such as social activities and disaster relief.
The office towers are situated on the west side, connected to the commercial strip, while the residential building is on the east side, adjacent to the residential area. All three buildings have 22 floors above ground and 5 floors below ground, with setbacks along the street to provide continuous pedestrian spaces. A 25-meter by 13-meter central courtyard connects the outdoor spaces on the east and west sides, forming a complete urban activity green belt. The extensive greenery and setback open spaces contribute to the lush environment of Dunhua Boulevard.
The elegant and simple façade of the office and residential buildings complement each other while maintaining their individual uniqueness. The office towers are characterized by energy-saving double glass curtain walls with light gray stone, while the residential building uses warm-colored stone and energy-saving glass. Balconies are adorned with gray aluminum panels, and work balconies and vertical grilles are incorporated to mitigate western sunlight.
