The Premier Headquarters is located at in the corner of a new high-tech park. Its sharp angle of 76 with a commanding view of the urban park and the expressway beyond makes it important to address the corner of the building at this location. A prism-like 56-meter high point-glass atrium, alludes to the company’s cutting-edge optical technology in camera manufacturing.

The east and south facades of this L-shaped building are adorned with horizontal glass walls, shading louvers, and vertical anodized aluminum panels set with high-tech precision. The main entrance is located at the bottom of the atrium, giving stunning first impressions to the visitor entering the building. Natural light that reflects off of the steel trusses in this atrium creates a fluid transparency and dramatic spatial effect. The building transforms into an illuminated glass box after dark.

The entrance foyer houses an exhibition hall on the first floor, conference rooms on the second floor and a staff recreational center on the first basement floor. The strategic placement of these main public areas allows the separation of the public spaces from the private offices. The office levels are located between the third and 11th floors. Within the atrium, where steel structures and tension cables dominate one’s view, a spectacular stairway flanked by wooden louvers extends into the space, balancing the interiors with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
