Xiamen Bank Headquarters is located in the Startup Core District of Xiamen Cross Strait Financial Park. The site is 500 meters from the coastline and overlooks Taiwan Strait. Xiamen Bank Headquarters is aimed to promote and enhance cross-Strait financial activities, like the lighthouse.
The façade, reflecting the corporate image of Xiamen Bank, integrates three Chinese cultural elements, Curio Box, Jade Screen, and Brick House in a modern architectural approach. The exterior uses high quantity of stone to add a sense of stability to the building. The large window openings capturing traditional Chinese brick construction, and the projecting glass boxes that match the internal 6-story high green space and the 3-story high business center on top, create a friendly and playful architectural façade.
The office complex is composed of two 32-story towers in the north and south, connected by double-height atrium and service core in the middle. The atrium abundant with greenery brings in the natural light, and the connecting bridges between the two towers enhance the circulation convenience and optimize the people interaction possibilities. The double-height entrance lobby and atrium reflect the corporate image and cultural characteristics of Xiamen Bank. The 2nd-4th floors are for public banking use. The 5th floor and above are offices and conference halls. The top is a multi-function business center for various activities use. The overall internal space design focuses on creating a flexible, healthy and efficient working environment, together with the sustainable and smart building design, to provide more possibilities for the future.
